Fraen can produce intricate, high-complexity parts utilizing 45 CNC lathe type machines with XYZ axis capability, four spindle back attachment and C-axis control. Sizes range from 0.100 inches to 1.50 inches, using any profile of material - including; hexagon, octagon, square, rectangle and triangle. Materials include any 300 series stainless steel, titanium, beryllium and tellurium copper, OFHC copper, aluminum, phosphor bronze, Inconel and other exotic and standard metals.
